Fundraising
We have several packages that offer a 25-50% discount for fundraising
events for parishes, DREs and Youth groups. The discounts
are based on the selected package and volume. Consignment Discount 25%, Purchase discount 40-50% based on volume. We offer three basic processes.
- Packages:
- Consignment: " No Risk" We ship to and from your event (1-2 weekends max) 25% discount. You can pick the shirts or we'll send a variety of our best selling styles, colors and sizes. (This package has the lowest return to the fundraiser)
- You purchase: Purchase the shirts and pay for shipping. Discount is 40-50% based on volume. No returns.
- Custom design or add a
name:
- Add a Parish, Youth Group or special event name to an existing designed shirt for your
fundraiser. Normally you would order one style and we would place the name on those shirts. Colors could vary. Add a name to all your shirts ordered for for only $20. Calculate in advance what you need and we'll get them to you in time
for your event.
- For a
new custom design the costs may vary depending on the time involved. The cost is
usually very reasonable.
- There are no returns on this type of order. There is a minimum of 40 shirts
required or there may be a slight additional charge for a smaller order.
- Advance sales. You purchase a sampling
of shirts you wish to sell. Then take orders for the shirts and we deliver what
was ordered. The only down side is we can't guarantee all styles, sizes, and colors
are in stock. If that is the case, we will contact you to make changes or other
arrangements. You'll have to deal with your customers concerning changes, refunds, Etc
